Services & Pricing

The Prolific Quill provides professional marketing and copywriting services to small businesses, coaches, and creative entrepreneurs. Services are delivered remotely and include, but are not limited to:

  • Website Copy – Homepage, about, services, and supporting pages

  • Blogs & Articles – SEO-informed content that builds authority and organic reach

  • Email Marketing – Sequences, newsletters, and nurture campaigns

  • Sales Page Copy – Launch-ready copy for courses, offers, and high-ticket services

  • Social Media Content – Platform-aligned content that connects and converts

  • Marketing Strategy – Offer positioning, launch planning, and funnel mapping

Pricing

Services are charged at a rate of $100 USD per hour.

Custom retainer packages are available and can be negotiated based on the scope, volume, and duration of work required. All pricing is confirmed in writing before any work commences.

How to Request or Purchase Services

  1. Book a free 30-minute discovery call via the booking link on this website, or

  2. Send an email to theprolificquill@gmail.com outlining your project and requirements.

Following your initial consultation, you will receive a written proposal detailing the scope of work, deliverables, timeline, and price for your approval. Work begins only once the proposal has been confirmed in writing.

Delivery of Services

All services are delivered digitally. There are no physical products or shipments associated with any service offered by The Prolific Quill.

Upon project commencement, an estimated delivery timeline will be agreed upon in writing. You will receive regular progress updates throughout the project. First drafts are delivered within the timeframe specified in your proposal. Two rounds of revisions are included as standard. Additional revisions beyond this are charged at the hourly rate of $100 USD.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel a project at any time by notifying The Prolific Quill in writing via email to theprolificquill@gmail.com.

  • Before work has commenced: A full refund of any advance payment will be issued, less any non-refundable deposit as specified in your proposal.

  • After work has commenced: You will be invoiced for all hours worked up to the date of cancellation. Any advance payment made in excess of hours worked will be refunded.

The Prolific Quill reserves the right to cancel a project if project requirements are unclear, communication has broken down, or the scope of work changes materially from the original agreement. In such cases, you will be invoiced only for work completed to that point.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of bespoke creative services, refunds are not available once work is underway.

If you are not satisfied with a delivered draft, The Prolific Quill will work with you through the included revision rounds to reach a result you are happy with. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter will be handled in good faith on a case-by-case basis.

No refunds are issued for completed and approved work.

Terms & Conditions

By engaging The Prolific Quill for services, you agree to the following:

1. Proposals & Agreements All projects are governed by a written proposal agreed upon by both parties before work begins. The proposal outlines the scope of work, deliverables, pricing, and timeline.

2. Payment Payment terms are specified in each project proposal. Invoices are issued in USD. Late payments may result in a pause of work until the outstanding balance is settled.

3. Intellectual Property Full ownership of the final, approved copy transfers to the client upon receipt of final payment. The Prolific Quill retains the right to reference completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Confidentiality All client information shared during the course of a project will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party without your express permission.

5. Client Responsibilities You are responsible for providing accurate and timely information, feedback, and approvals. Delays caused by late client input may affect the agreed delivery timeline.

6. Revisions Two rounds of revisions are included in the standard project fee. Revisions are based on the original agreed brief. Requests that represent a significant change in direction may be treated as a new project or charged at the hourly rate.

7. Limitation of Liability The Prolific Quill is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of delivered content. Our total liability is limited to the value of the project fee paid.

8. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland.
